The context
Mobee International runs several brands, each with its own websites, tools and integrations. As the group grew, technology became a patchwork that leadership had to manage on top of everything else.
What we do
IZ Labs acts as the group’s technology department through a monthly partnership. We own the stack across every brand: websites, internal tools, integrations, hosting and accounts.
Each month we agree on priorities with leadership and deliver against them, mobilising senior engineers from our network when a larger project requires it.
