About
Small on purpose.
IZ Labs is a founder-led technology partner. You deal with the person responsible for the result — always.
Founder
You talk to the person who builds.
I’m Islam, founder of IZ Labs. I started the company in Budapest with one idea: growing companies don’t need another agency. They need someone who takes ownership of their technology — and stays.
You deal with me directly, on WhatsApp if you like. I design and build, and when a project needs more hands I bring in senior developers I trust, under my standards and my responsibility.
That’s why we take on few clients. Every one of them gets the founder.
— Islam Zoukhaiev, Founder, IZ Labs
Principles
How we work.
One owner
One person is accountable for your whole stack. No account managers, no hand-offs between teams.
Your name on everything
Domains, code, accounts and data belong to you from day one. Leaving us is easy — that’s the point.
Written down
Every system is documented in plain language. Nothing lives only in someone’s head.
